Threat Level Changes
No change

High Surf Advisory
Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast including Kaktovik and Flaxman Island.  The high surf advisory remains in effect until 6 am Wednesday. West winds to 35 mph will continue through tonight causing heavy surf and beach erosion. Sea levels are expected to be about 3 feet above normal through tonight. The winds and heavy surf are expected to diminish gradually during the day, Wednesday.

FEMA-1796-DR -AK (Tanana Basin Flooding)
A FEMA field office has opened in support of the Presidential Disaster Declaration.  Joint FEMA/State teams have been deployed to flood affected areas.  The teams will conduct applicant briefings and subsequent kickoff meetings, site inspections and collect data to support writing of project worksheets on disaster related damages as a result of this flooding event. There are two teams in place, Nenana and Fairbanks.
