ARCS Television successfully received and relayed the RMT last night at 10:15 PM.
The audio was flawed as described in other reports on this list.
At 11:35 PM, a second RMT was sent over the ARCS channel as it was embedded in the KTUU feed which was on the ARCS channel at the time.
