KTUU received the RMT as “already expired” from all 3 sources. Our Sage ENDEC had the time adjusted for DST but the UTC offset had not been changed. SO it showed correct local time, but the alerting system (which operates off UTC) was an hour off. Problem corrected. I hate Sage...
