KATH-TV [NBC] (Juneau) received the February test from both LP1 (KINY) and LP2 (KTOO) at 8:02 am.   KACN-TV (Anchorage) only received the EOM from KFQD at 8:01 - Poor reception issues suspected, we are looking into it.
