The ARCS EnDec is located in the uplink suite at the KUAC Master Control facility in Fairbanks.  The APBI monitoring point in Anchorage uses a 3.0m Cband dish antenna connected to a standard MPEG-2 receiver to verify transmission over the statewide distribution of ARCS’ satellite signal..
