The Required Monthly Test (RMT) for July was transmitted at 2:52 PM Alaska time Tuesday, July 8.. The message was originated from the Alaska State Troopers Fairbanks Dispatch Center.

The valid time for test shows that it was valid from 2:41 PM through 3:41 PM. That is likely due to the "clock-drift" we all experience with our endecs.

The State Emergency Coordination Center observed the following stations successfully rebroadcasting the RMT:

KFQD 750 AM

KTUU Channel 2 (Anchorage)

KTBY Channel 4 (Anchorage)

KYES Channel 5 (Anchorage)

KTVA Channel 11 (Anchorage)

We did not observe the test being transmitted via GCI Cable Anchorage. However, we did receive confirmation that the test was successfully rebroadcast over the ARCS television network.
