KCAW did receive the RMT on April 11th. Received at 23:32:40 and
rebroadcast at 23:32:46.
KCAW had previously sent a message indicating that the test was not
received because the published schedule indicated that the test was due
to occur on April 10th. It actually occurred on April 11th.
