The Required Monthly Test for November was successfully transmitted from the State Emergency Coordination Center at 9:39 AM Alaska time today. All stations monitored in the SECC rebroadcast the test with the following exceptions:
750 AM KFQD - Good Test
650 AM KENI - Good Test
CH2 TV KTUU - Good Test
CH4 TV KTBY - Good Test
GCI Cable Anchorage - It appears the test was not rebroacast correctly. The SECC observed all GCI Cable boxes display a blue screen, instead of the normal black screen and green crawl. In addition, no audio or crawl were observed.
